Speaker Management
- Liaise with speakers’ agencies and book speakers
- Liaise with speakers regarding their topic and gather the information for the conference brochure. This includes photos, biographies, audio visual and other items as required for their presentations
- Source a Master of Ceremonies if required
- Book travel and accommodation for speakers
- Select session chairs and or group leaders as required in consultation with the client
- Send speakers introductions and detail of session to session chairs
