Speaker Management

  • Liaise with speakers’ agencies and book speakers
  • Liaise with speakers regarding their topic and gather the information for the conference brochure. This includes photos, biographies, audio visual and other items as required for their presentations
  • Source a Master of Ceremonies if required                                            
  • Book travel and accommodation for speakers                                                            
  • Select session chairs  and or group leaders as required in consultation with the client
  • Send speakers introductions and detail of session to session chairs
