Project Management

Project Management includes:

  • Attending meetings with the client as required to discuss and organise the event
     
  • Designate a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) to manage the event from start to finish
     
  • Monitor timelines to ensure all deadlines are met for the best outcome
     
  • Manage the event as a whole or part as determined in the contractual agreement
