Graphic Design & Printing Management

  • Discuss the theme of the event with the client to ascertain what graphic may be suitable
  • Prepare a brief about the event for the graphic designer 
  • Table several graphic designs for consideration
  • Develop and prepare event/conference program and registration form as directed by the client
  • Draft and edit event brochure and or other publications as required
  • Liaise with the graphic designer re the selected design and follow through to final approval
  • Source several printing quotes and table with client for approval
  • Finalise printing as required by the client
