Registration
- Provide fully equipped secretariat facilities with professional staff to manage the registration desk
- Respond to phone, fax and email queries relating to conference
- Register delegates using specialist conference registration software
- Provide a URL for ‘on line’ registration process (set up costs and on-line fees are an additional cost)
- Confirm in writing all registrations and payments received
- Prepare regular reports concerning registrations for all client/Committee meeting
- Provide name badges and function tickets for all registered delegates
- Co-ordinate packing of satchels for all delegates (if required)
