Registration

  • Provide fully equipped secretariat facilities with professional staff to manage the registration desk
  • Respond to phone, fax and email queries relating to conference                                      
  • Register delegates using specialist conference registration software                                  
  • Provide a URL for ‘on line’ registration process (set up costs and on-line fees are an additional cost)
  • Confirm in writing all registrations and payments received                                                 
  • Prepare regular reports concerning registrations for all client/Committee meeting            
  • Provide name badges and function tickets for all registered delegates                             
  • Co-ordinate packing of satchels for all delegates (if required)
