Social Program Management

  • Assist and plan social program i.e. welcome reception, conference dinner, awards, pre and post event tours and activities             
  • Book venue(s),manage entertainment and catering for all functions                             
  • Arrange theming and entertainment for dinners and or other functions as specified        
  • Stage manage the audio visual component of each social event as required
