Sponsorship and Trade Exhibitions
Sponsorship Management
- Provide advice on sponsorship options and prepare packages
- Actively sell the sponsorship packages and secure sponsorship
- Manage and co-ordinate all sponsors’ arrangements as required
- Confirm sponsors’ arrangements and ensure all sponsors’ requirements are met during the planning stage of the conference/event
- Process and manage sponsorship and trade exhibition accounts
- Report to the client on sponsorship secured against budget from time to time
Trade Exhibition
- Liaise with exhibitors re their trade exhibition requirements
- Send Exhibition Fact Finder and follow up
- Coordinate and manage trade space, allocating booths or space as required
- Organise bump-in and bump-out times for exhibitors
- Provide delivery and pick up details and any other information as stipulated by the venue
