Sponsorship and Trade Exhibitions

Sponsorship Management

  • Provide advice on sponsorship options and prepare packages
  • Actively sell the sponsorship packages and secure sponsorship
  • Manage and co-ordinate all sponsors’ arrangements as required
  • Confirm sponsors’ arrangements and ensure all sponsors’ requirements are met during the planning stage of the conference/event
  • Process and manage sponsorship and trade exhibition accounts
  • Report to the client on sponsorship secured against budget from time to time

Trade Exhibition

  • Liaise with exhibitors re their trade exhibition requirements
  • Send Exhibition Fact Finder and follow up
  • Coordinate and manage trade space, allocating booths or space as required
  • Organise bump-in and bump-out times for exhibitors
  • Provide delivery and pick up details and any other information as stipulated by the venue
