Venue Management

  • Provide the client with appropriate venue options for consideration
  • Determine which venue best suits the needs of the event in consultation with the client
  • Once the venue is selected review and finalise the contract    
  • Determine and discuss the deposit schedule of payments required by the venue and ensure that this fits with the client's financial position                                               
  • Liaise with appropriate people at the venue re specific event requirements throughout planning and execution stages of the event.
