A conference dinner is a fantastic way to bring delegates together in a relaxed social setting but it can really drive up your costs. What is the purpose of your dinner? If it is for networking then perhaps a cocktail party will suffice however if you want delegates to let their hair down then maybe a dinner is the way to go.
